Calling All School Principals!
This is a defining moment in education. With the expiration of federal relief funds, mounting culture wars, anti-DEI pressures, and the lasting impact of the COVID-19 era, school leaders are navigating a storm of complexity. At the very center of these intersecting challenges stand our principals—charged with making critical decisions every day that impact school culture, student outcomes, and staff wellbeing. Now, more than ever, they need connection. They need coaching. They need community. That’s why we’re launching the “Impactful Leader“ Regional Principals Network—a powerful opportunity for principals to grow, reflect, and lead with clarity and courage.

Together, we are now more united and intentional in our efforts to close the equity gap.”

- The four areas in the tool are a great framework for the conversations. Equity work amongst adults is as important as in the context of kids in the classroom. The human part and relationships are key to getting to rigor."
